Self made chef and baker with a long line of talented women who taught me everything I know. My mother Lucille was Norwegian and an expert host, cook and entertainer. My grandmother Nama was a Texas country southern cook who knew everything about feeding large groups of farmhands all from scratch with amazing recipes passed down to her from her relatives. I watched and learned and truly equate love with good food.
